Due to our users are increasing, we are facing internet congestion and server database slow response issue.
Therefore, you may experience very slow login to your member page, voice quality unclear or difficult to connect to server from your mobile smart phone or PC softphone. However, eSky will not ignore this problem.
In order to continue provide clearer voice quality to you, we have to upgrade our current servers and internet bandwidth.
