Installation:

• Visit http://bb.esky.co from your BlackBerry device to download the application.
• Install and run the application.
• Follow the steps as shown on your screen.

 

Calls:

• Using the native Contact Book / Phone App, highlight a contact and press the call button or “Call Using VoIP” menu option.

Free Peer-to-Peer Calls

To make and receive free calls over WiFi/3G you need to follow the steps below:

• Check if your Blackberry has established a successful connection with the WiFi/3G network (you should be able to browse through your Blackberry with it).
• Once the connection has been established, you will automatically able to make eSky call.
• Your family/friend whom you are trying to contact should also have to run their eSky Mobile Softphone.
• You should dial the esky number (888xxxxxxxx) allocated to your family/friend to contact him/her. If the other person is calling you, he/she should dial your eSky number allocated to you.
• If you want to make or receive free calls using the eSky application with your regular phone number, you should set (customize) it as a eSky phone number. To customize your number, you will require to have credits in your account.
