* To make a call,

1.Call the Callback number.
2.When you hear a busy signal, hang-up.

    FYI, Malaysia prepaid card call IDD number , like US or Singapore will be charged. However, I don't advice you to test eSky International callback gateway. It will be better for you to use postpaid to test the numbers.

    If you want to use in Malaysia, pls use 0327727222.

    I tried to call US server & it was successful but not with Singapore server. I tried to call Singapore server few times but it did not call back.

    1. Do we have a timer when we use esky for in/out calls? this is because im in Malaysia and everytime i call US using Esky, Every 20 minutes the line will be cut off. This has also been experienced by another esky member in the US who frequently calls Msia. Its the exact same thing we have encountered. Everytime when the line gets cut, we will have to call back and repeat the process all over again (dial callback # – wait for the server to call us back – dial the destination number). This really is irritating and may lead members to feel discontented if it is not sorted out as soon as possible.
    My calls to US are normally long calls. so i cant be repeating the process every 20 minutes when the line gets cut. It gets cut every time at exactly 20-21 minutes.
    This has also affect my credit bcos it is like i'm making new calls every 20 mins. I monitored my calls history in my profile and yes.. this has slashed my credit accumulatively and causing me unneccesary expenses. if this continues and affects more ppl, its not going to be as convenient as promised anymore.. overtime.
    I dont know if there really is a timer on calls in Esky. but if there is, i really hope it can be adjusted or customized according to our preference. but if there is no a timer involved, i hope the technical department or whoever in charge of such issues will manage as soon as possible.
